The LMP Thunderbolt 3 optical cable uses the latest Thunderbolt technology to deliver great responsivness with data and video/audio transfer at up to 40 Gbps bi-directionally and without having to share bandwidth between connectors. This active optical cable can be used for daisy-chaining multiple Thunderbolt devices. The LMP Thunderbolt 3 optical cable supports PCI Express and DisplayPort (DP Altmode) protocols. It features low latency with highly accurate time synchronization for professional audio and video applications. It uses a USB-C connector/plug, supports 2 lane operation and Thunderbolt 3 full duplex operation. The typical power consumption is 900mW with operation voltage of 5V. It can be operated in temperatures of 0~50° C (ambient). There is no Power Delivery through the optical cable. Does not transmit USB-C (USB) signal.
