Optimal posture and performance

As the name suggests, the Handshake Mouse is held in a natural “handshake” position with a comfortable 90° angle. The wrist does not bend too much sideways and the forearm does not have to turn inwards as much. This improves wrist posture and prevents physical discomfort. The ergonomic handshake position reduces muscle activity in the forearm compared to a traditional mouse (Quemelo & Vieira, 2013).
