The UX400 features four Ø6mm U-shaped copper heat pipes in direct contact with the CPU for fast and reliable heat transfer. Its single-tower design, made with high-quality aluminum fins, ensures optimal heat dissipation, keeping your system cool and stable.

High Volume Airflow Design
The 120mm high airflow fan provides an airflow of 62.72 CFM and a static pressure of 1.47 mm-H2O, while maintaining a noise level of 25.0 dB-A. It enables a large volume of air to pass through the heat sink, offering exceptional cooling performance.

Reliable Hydraulic Bearing
The hydraulic bearing self-lubricates with a high quality, friction-reducing substance that lowers operation noise and enhance thermal efficiency. The seal cap prevents leakage of the lubricant and extends the lifespan of the unit.
